Credit Card Security No credit or debit card information is retained by us as all transactions are concluded via our financial Merchant Service (Square). Please note that during checkout you will be using Square secure servers to complete your orders.
Ordering – Helpful tips
Where possible always have your order sent to an address where someone is available to sign for it.
If your order is being delivered to a work address please ensure you have checked it is OK to do so and that you have informed the post room or reception that you are expecting a delivery.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please do not delay in contacting us.
Please check that we have been given the correct email address as any input errors cannot be corrected once the order has been placed.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or ParcelForce Express 48. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery although we will always aim to ship within 7 days.
If you require express or next day delivery please contact us with your requirements and we will do our utmost to help although an additional charge may be required
Items are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Some remote areas of the UK may require an extra day for delivery.
Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
An email will be sent to advise that your order has been dispatched.
Collection If you would prefer to collect your carving please place your order via the shop and note in the comments section that you wish to collect your carving in person. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
For International Deliveries Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a quote for shipping to your required destination. Do not send Payment details by e-mail as this is not secure.
Placing Orders Please ensure you fill in a contact telephone number and a valid email address, these are vital should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order.
Back Orders If some elements of your order are out of stock, we may ship the available items and send the outstanding items at a later date, at no extra cost to you. We will always advise you via email if this is the case. You may cancel this order if you would rather not wait.
Order Cancellation – Before Shipping If you wish to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. You will be notified by email to confirm your cancellation. (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Returns – Cancelled Order – After Shipping All goods purchased from Ron Dickens may be returned back to Ron Dickens for refund within 7 working days from receipt of delivery, (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us. All items for return must be received back in their original condition and securely packaged. Any product returned with damaged or missing packaging will not be refunded. We would advise using a Royal Mail tracked service for returns as you can check at www.royalmail.com when the goods have been received by Ron Dickens. Postage costs are not refunded when you return any cancelled orders to us. Refunds are usually applied within one week of receipt; we will however action all refunds within 30 calendar days of receipt. Any returned goods that we receive outside of this Returns Policy will be classed as Not Authorised. Items Not Authorised for return will not be refunded. These will be returned to you upon your instruction, or failing this, they will be removed from sale within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
Returns – Faulty Goods Please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please note we are not obliged to refund for faults caused by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without authorisation.
Product Images Please note that some colours may alter slightly from those you see on the screen to the product you receive, depending on your screen resolution and colour and display settings.
Complaints Policy Should a cause for complaint arise, please contact us immediately, and we will do our utmost to rectify any issues.

Working day means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory Public Holidays.
